    Administrator

    a) I am already in Admin, so more admin work??? But will my pay increase? More work doesn't mean more benefits for me.

    b) - Need to keep a record of all of the student's and staff ID
    - Maintenance of IT equipment
    - Upgrade myself about the admin roles of future schools
    - What happens if there is a power trip, what if there is a blackout? No lessons? We have to have a backup plan.

    c) Benefit--- Money ... Funding for the upgrading of my school hehehe

More interactions between staff, no excuse for not going for meeting: teleconference.

Professional support, from government, MOE, staff training, software updates, resource package.

What are the feelings that you will experience?
    1. Will feel happy or excited of how lessons will change.

What are some of the implications that might result from your role too?
    1. Everyone must have a certain level ICT skills.
    2. I can sometimes play games online whenever I am bored.
    3. Alot of work is online based, so we cannot do our homework with friends/cousins together like in the past.
    4. Technology may sometimes fail us, so when PCs or technological gadgets do not work, alternative ways to carry out the lesson may be boring.
    5. Larger generational gap between my parents/ grandparents.
    6. Need to be educated on cyberwellness (to tackle cyberbullying, unwholesome websites)
    7. Plagarism
    8. Itelligible handwriting / poor spelling

    2. Students are better prepared for the technologically savvy future.
    3. Lessons become more engaging and interesting.
